At MiSide, my role as a Career Coach merges my certification in case management with a devotion to empowering Detroit's diverse workforce. With a toolkit sharpened by hands-on experience in human services and career development, I excel at delivering personalized guidance and effective job search strategies. My commitment extends to supporting veterans, the historically unemployed, and individuals re-entering society, ensuring they are equipped for success in the job market. Collaboration with our service delivery and partner development teams underscores my approach, as I facilitate CASAS Testing and orchestrate intensive case management services. Our team's efforts are aimed at fostering career growth and enhancing job skills across our clientele, with a special focus on addressing the unique challenges faced by incumbent workers and the long-term unemployed. My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a chance to thrive professionally, and I am dedicated to making that a reality.
