With over 15 years' experience in implementing Strategic Sourcing/Procurement strategies, Category Management (Technology, Marketing & Professional Services), Process Operations, Contract Management & Stakeholder Communication, I focus on setting the company’s procurement strategy and infusing it with analytics capabilities to drive business value. My focus has always been on researching and identifying innovative procurement and sourcing solutions that can be implemented within the specific category of spend, evaluating processes and identifying risks to ensure that contracts are delivered on time and budget. In addition, I also focus on implementing supplier rationalization programmes to develop new sources of supply as appropriate to optimize competition. I am currently leading the technology sourcing category at Riyadh Air focusing on procurement of leading and best of the breed IT solutions to help the organization become one of the most digitally native airlines in the world. This includes design, build and operate IT sourcing model for the organization. Key projects include- Airline commercial systems - Airline operational systems - Loyalty and marketing systems capabilities - Core technology infrastructure, security and integration capabilities Gifted with superior interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with an innate ability to work in unison with team members and stakeholders.
