About Chandra McCarty

Senior Administrative Assistant to Peter Cassidy, Vice President of Carolinas Rehabilitation Hospital in Mount Holly North Carolina. I am very passionate about,patient satisfaction, team building, and gaining knowledge from an outstanding leadership group. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in sociology from Appalachian State University. I graduated from the University of Phoenix in November 2021 with a degree in Health Administration. I am currently working with the Gaston Business Associations on graduating from the Gaston leadership program. We are working on adopting the Webb St. School in Gastonia NC. This school is for Special needs. My heart was warmed when I walking through the doors, seeing how much work these children and young adults put in. I am a mother to three beautiful and fearless daughters. As of 2023 I am a Cub scout Den Leader for troop 420 in Gaston County. My goal as a mother is to raise them to be independent, appreciate education and never stop fighting for their dreams.
