About Chandra Mohan

I wish to introduce myself as a post-graduate in veterinary pathology with an experience of over 15 years in drug discovery, pre-clinical safety evaluation. My post graduation concluded with a thesis dissertation entitled "Incidence of Spontaneously occurring malformations in dead-in- shells”. I was recruited on-campus by Torrent research center (An OECD & NABL certified testing facility), Pre-clinical safety evaluation division as pathologist, later took up the responsibility of section in-charge (Pathology) for over two and half years. Subsequently, my employment with Nicholas Piramal Research Center (now called as Piramal life sciences) for a year as section in-charge, Toxicology and pathology was rewarding too. Further, four and half years in Avesthagen limited as Head, Pre-clinical safety evaluation, responsible for taking ahead the novel lead compounds of therapeutical, biological (Biopharma) or nutraceutical relevance from the medicinal plant flora into Pre-Clinical safety evaluation in animals. Director, Ceutics Pharma Pvt Ltd, Responsible for production and marketing of a research consumable and consultancy services to pharmaceutical companies. Proprietor, Aaron Pet Clinic, Bangalore Director, Apollo Biosciences, Devanahalli, Bangalore An optimistic, candid and versatile person who gives his best at all times either independently or as a team worker. As far as research is concerned, I believe in upholding the highest degree of scientific integrity and ethics as it merits such qualities.
