I am an entrepreneur, product and business leader with 20+ years experience. I challenge status quo in the products and services I lead and in my professional life. I leave my comfort zone every few years to be challenged and motivated again and learn from more new minds and people. I place significant importance in passionate teams with bias towards action. I believe great products are made of dreams and passion. Through conviction of strategy, comes passion for execution; I drive conviction in strategy across teams through vision, empirical data and storytelling; I am passionate about the work I do, the products I lead, always keeping the customer and the company I work for as north stars. I led products at large organizations and startups from concept to launch to successful customer adoption. Software products and services go through the journey from emerging technology to incumbents as the market matures; and if not challenged at their peak and innovate, the products fail as cheaper substitutes and new entrants offer better value. I am a results oriented team player with a track record for launching successful products. I am a pragmatic executioner, selling the vision, and driving the strategy with passion – which brings teams together to work towards a common goal. I made many friends along the way and I enjoyed every place I worked at. I have the grit to persevere, passion to bring teams along and skill to execute.
