About Chandra Pannell

As an HR Professional, Chandra strongly believes in empowering individuals to do their jobs better. She specializes in the training and development of employees and management. Throughout her professional career, Chandra has worked with various small to medium sized companies to assist or consult with them on their HR needs in the areas of administration, payroll, recruiting, on-boarding, performance review, and training and development. Chandra holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Bethel University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron. In this continually evolving Human Resources environment, Chandra brings a unique approach to embracing the culture and strategic objectives of her clients and helps to connect, empower, and engage employees. She is an energetic HR Professional who is passionate about ensuring that the HR needs of her clients are met so they can reach their goals. Having spent 20 years in management in the Direct Sales Industry, she has also worked in the nonprofit industry where she managed a self-sufficiency program for those in generational or situational poverty. In this role, she specialized in the training and development of job candidates and along with her team, helped them navigate the job search and hiring process. She managed a team of case managers and oversaw all training and sought out additional educational resources for the program.
