About Chandra Pelton

My official title for any position I have held should be “Ask Chandra. If she doesn’t know, she’ll figure it out” because I am a details girl. I am consistently catching, doing and seeing things that others may have missed or may have not known that they needed in the first place. I naturally pay attention to my surroundings and the people around me, easily picking up on the needs of others. This works well with my communication style which is fluid, thoughtful and flexible, allowing me to readily meet people and projects where they are so that I am able to understand and support them, regardless of the situation or the task at hand. I’m always looking for ways to put my savvy, resourceful nature to work and can effortlessly navigate any situation with grace and humility. I am an inquisitive person that is endlessly seeking new ways to learn, improve and grow. Within my entire career and every position I have ever held, I have always been hyper-focused on providing outstanding and unparalleled customer service, regardless of the type of “client” being served. I love being an essential part of building, supporting and working alongside creative, dedicated individuals and teams. People who are invested in each other, people that are passionate and driven, people that truly believe in the value of the work they do. Sprinkle in tons of hard work, loyalty, honesty, integrity and a keen sense of humor, and you’ve got me in a nutshell.
