Document and utilize current production procedures to improve company standards and Production department.b. Present production and process data and information and trends reports to higher authority with thorough summary.c. Manpower allocation and resource planning.d. Responsible for scheduling and advising on material usage.e. Implementing quality standards and structured processes / internal control plans for fabrication process of products ensuring accomplishment of deliveryf. Monitoring quality systems & compliance with preset standards; maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in-process quality
