Manages the receipt and flow of business information/requests going to the MD - •Keeps the MD abreast of projects’ status and informs him in a timely manner of any delays or major issues, updates and issues reminders to the Leadership Team on pending deadlines and key calendar dates. •Follows up with managers responsible for projects, ensuring dates are kept and projects remain on schedule. •Identifies project delays and works cooperatively with the appropriate staff member(s) to develop solutions to maintain project progress. •Coordinates programs on behalf of the department including, tracking project timelines to manage program logistics and works cooperatively with all staff and contractors, demonstrating teamwork and strong interpersonal skills in collaborating with coworkers to provide service. •Works proactively to ensure the image of the department is one that advocates and provides quality service.
