For more than 20 years, I’ve built my career in clinical research from the ground up—leading multi-site operations, scaling teams, and navigating the complexities of trials across vaccines, psychiatry, women’s health, and general medicine. Those years in site operations gave me more than just technical expertise; they taught me the real stories behind research. I saw the challenges of recruitment, the weight of regulatory demands, and the resilience of patients and families who choose to participate in trials. Now, as Director of Business Development, CNS at DM Clinical Research, I get to carry that foundation into a new chapter. My role is about creating partnerships that open doors for studies, bringing together sponsors, CROs, and investigators in ways that actually work in practice—not just on paper. Having lived the operational side, I know how to design collaborations that are realistic, achievable, and impactful. At the heart of it, business development to me isn’t about transactions—it’s about connection. It’s about building trust, expanding access, and making sure research moves forward in a way that keeps patients and families at the center. That’s the perspective I bring to every conversation, every opportunity, and every partnership.
