A passionate creator with an empathetic business sense, Chandra is a true entrepreneur who left a high-flying career in the United States to pursue his dream in India. Since 1996, he has founded and scaled multiple ventures spanning IT services, digital media operations, manufacturing, and leadership development. As the Chairman of Pairee Group, he oversees a diverse portfolio of companies and investments.Prior to Pairee, Chandra founded Theorem India in 2002 with just two people. Under his visionary leadership, the company grew to over 1,300 employees across four continents, serving several global blue-chip brands. Chandra was instrumental in bringing Theorem to Mysore, long before the city became a recognized IT hub. Through his efforts, Theorem created over a thousand high-quality jobs for Mysore’s youth and put the city firmly on the global digital map. The five-acre campus he established remains a landmark of Mysore’s emergence as a center for technology and innovation. Chandra successfully exited the business, leaving behind a lasting legacy of growth and opportunity.Chandra is the current Vice President of the South India Regional Council of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) and the Past Chairman of the Karnataka Branch. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening Indo-U.S. business relations and driving IACC’s growth across the southern region through his active involvement in its core committees. He is also a founding member and board member of the School of Policy and Governance, an initiative offering graduate-level education in public policy for India’s future political and bureaucratic leaders.An ICF-certified leadership coach, Chandra enjoys coaching CEOs, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders. He serves on the boards of several startups and actively advises early-stage ventures. His passion for giving back led to the establishment of the Pairee Foundation, which empowers rural youth in India by providing education and job-readiness training.Chandra holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University, USA, and a BE degree from Bangalore University. A prominent voice in the IT industry, he frequently speaks at global conferences and is an active member of industry bodies including IACC, IGCC, NASSCOM, and IMTMA. Documentaries profiling his entrepreneurial journey have been featured on national and regional television channels.
