Hiring starts with a phone call and in the process of personal interviews and discussions, I analyse candidate's strengths and weaknesses, assess their values, skills, personal aspirations and next career move. I also make out if the candidate will enjoy the job, want to stay and grow with the company. Creating a win-win situation, for the company and the candidates gives me the adrenaline rush to stretch beyond my limits When I'm not recruiting, I like to read books, watch movies and series and do yoga
