I specialize in designing engaging, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning experiences that foster connection, confidence, and curiosity in language learners. I have taught in a wide variety of educational settings, including French First Language schools, French Immersion programs, Core and Extended French programs, public and Catholic school boards, a bilingual independent all-girls school, and an independent all-girls IB PYP and MYP school. These diverse experiences have shaped my flexible, student-centered approach and strengthened my commitment to equitable and accessible education. Currently completing my Master of Education in Teaching and Learning, I am a lifelong learner committed to evolving my practice through research, reflection, and collaboration. I align my programming with the International Baccalaureate PYP framework, the CEFR, and the Ontario Curriculum to ensure learning is meaningful, developmentally appropriate, and globally minded. In addition to second language teaching, I have experience and a strong interest in executive functioning coaching. I support students in developing personalized strategies for organization, focus, time management, and self-regulation—skills essential for success in and beyond the classroom. I am deeply committed to inclusive education, grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. I believe in creating classroom environments where all learners feel supported, represented, and empowered to thrive. Whether in person, online, or in hybrid environments, I enjoy integrating educational technology with intention, leading cultural diversity initiatives, and fostering joyful, creative learning spaces. Outside the classroom, I express my creativity through handmade crafts, calligraphy, and thoughtful design.
