About Changho Kim
I have been engaged in human rights and environmental issues as a lawyer/NGO worker/grant-maker for 10+ years in Japan, South Korea, China and Taiwan. I have specialized in Climate Change, Business and Human Rights and Access to Justice for socially vulnerable people including ethnic/religious minority groups and migrants. I have worked with civil society, government and private sector partners to build capacity and seed new approaches to advance climate and economic justice. I am currently working as Lead Lawyer for Asia for Foundation for International Law for the Environment (FILE), and has been in charge of grant-making for climate legal movement in Asia. Before joining FILE, I worked as a program officer for East Asia Program at the Open Society Foundations.
