I am a seasoned educational and student support leader with over a decade of experience in school administration, instructional strategy, and academic program development. Recognized for a strong aptitude in designing equity-centered learning environments, I have built after-school STEAM programs, led successful accreditation processes, and guided hundreds of students toward college and career readiness. I have a verifiable history of enhancing student outcomes while streamlining compliance and operational workflows across public charter environments. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered results—transforming campus culture, developing dual enrollment pathways, integrating EdTech tools, and managing complex school budgets tied to federal and state funding. Professional focal points include school site management, curriculum leadership, WASC and Williams Act compliance, strategic assessment planning, and educational technology implementation. Currently, I am the Head of Academics at AIMS College Prep High School. Under my leadership, we completed a successful 5-year WASC accreditation cycle, secured funding for College and Career Pathways, and launched a new literacy resource center on campus. I also serve as College Board Administrator and oversee all major student assessments, while managing teacher onboarding, professional development, and fiscal oversight in partnership with central leadership.
