I’m a hands-on and versatile engineering leader with over 15 years of experience driving innovation in software development, system integration, and platform validation across wireless, AI/ML, and client platform technologies. At Intel, I currently lead a validation team responsible for enabling, validating, and debugging next-generation client platform features — spanning AI, power, processor core, thermal, debug, overclocking, and more. I’ve led test automation development across cross-geo teams, significantly reducing test execution cost and boosting coverage across client platform domains. I also deployed an internal LLM-powered Debug AI Agent to accelerate log analysis and root cause isolation, cutting triage time from days to minutes. Additionally, I ideated and led the MVP for the Agentic AI Validation System, applying GenAI and agent frameworks to modernize validation planning, execution, and reporting. Throughout my career, I’ve transitioned across roles — from network software engineer to wireless protocol test lead, to software architect, and now as an engineering manager — always combining deep technical skills with a strong focus on team development, stakeholder alignment, and delivering business impact. One of my proudest achievements was co-founding Intel’s ISO-17025 certified conformance lab, which saved the company $20M+ in test and certification costs while accelerating time-to-market. I thrive in fast-paced environments where quality, collaboration, and innovation intersect. I love building high-performing, inclusive teams and driving test automation, cross-domain integration, and system-level debug strategies that reduce risk and boost efficiency.
