Background
About Chanse Beam
I started volunteering at the age of 12 at a local summer camp in my hometown. At age 14, I landed my first job as a snowboard instructor at Bear Creek Mountain Resort. After working there for about three years in high school, I had a few different basic seasonal jobs to keep myself busy while working on obtaining my BA in Interpersonal Communication Studies. For about 8 years (2011-2019), I volunteered every summer at my family's Band Together to Fight Breast Cancer event, which over the years has raised approximately for the Berks County Breast Cancer Support Services. After finishing school, I got a job at Outten Kia in Hamburg Pennsylvania as a Sales Consultant. After about a year, I was promoted to my current position as a Senior Sales Consultant. This job has taught me an immeasurable amount of skills. Being a Commission based occupation, it also taught me the reality of working hard for my income, and helped shape me into the professional that I am today.
