About Chansong Won

The best part about nursing is knowing that you can care for people during a difficult time of their lives. I have learned to give care to the patients more holistically, not just focusing on their medical needs but also focusing on how I can help them feel important, cared for, and heard. I have developed an eagerness to continue to learn and cultivate my practical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with other health care professionals and the patients themselves. I value teamwork and relationships with my co-workers, patients, and family to create a healthy hospital environment and my hope is to make a difference in people's lives by sharing my knowledge, compassion, and care during difficult times.
