I am an elastic band that cuts through the chaos to find a structured path to success. I have over 15 years working experience. I have the ability to bring ideas to life. I love sharpening a presentation. I see patterns where others see complexity. I help others put their ideas into words and then into action. I have the ability to evaluate risks and scenarios quickly (for potential obstacles) to find the best path of success. I am consistent, effective and efficient in my delivery and work ethic and willing to adapt for the sake of productivity. I will always make time to help colleagues make progress by drawing them out of their shells. I act as a catalyst for others to connect. I enjoy creating structure and balance within teams that ensures we all work productively and collectively towards a shared goal. I believe in strategy and that decisions should be made with long term success in mind. I am a self-motivated analytical thinker who likes to work in an organized manner. I am comfortable with numbers and figures, as well as creating corporate templates. My bias for action can lead to an energetic and creative approach to work.
