Background

About Chantal Chiddle

I have over 20 years in the water and wastewater industry. While working in the Consulting industry I gained valuable experience in project design, implementation and management. I am a strong negotiator, able to build consensus between owners and contractors and engineering firms to support project completion. I am a strong Project Manager with abilities to make significant contributions in support of corporate goals. I am a positive team player, quick to exchange ideas, share observations and offer tips to enhance efficiency. While working for Utilities Kingston, I fulfilled the role of design Engineer as well as Project Manager for various capital works including linear asset replacement and facility upgrades. Additionally, I oversaw the Development Review Process within Utilities Kingston. This work required liaising with Developers and the general public to ensure development within the serviced area of the City met certain standards and guidelines. The years of experience with the Consulting firm and the Utilities company provided a great base for the work I continue to do in the Construction industry. Adapting my Engineering expertise and knowledge continues to be an asset for my employer.
