With a Master of Science in AG-ACNP from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Drexel University, my career has evolved into an Adult Nurse Practitioner role at National Spine & Pain Centers. Leveraging in-depth nursing competencies, I deliver patient-centered care and manage complex pain conditions. My tenure at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center has reinforced my clinical skills and ability to adapt to diverse healthcare settings. As part of a collaborative team, we strive to enhance patient outcomes and elevate the standards of pain management. What drives me is not only providing excellent care but also creating the conditions for others to do the same. I’m passionate about staff education, mentoring, and shaping policies that support both providers and patients. Now, I’m ready to bring that focus to a broader leadership role, one where I can influence healthcare delivery on a systems level and support the growth of high-performing teams.
