About Chantel Pressley

I have a really passionate interest in helping children/youth and families in society. I would love to play apart in the programs and services being offered to clients, and those families in need of help and help become a greater source. My experience at the Anchor House Shelter, I created supportive relationships with the abused children and youth here at this shelter. I was able to build strong bonds and advocate to ensure sure that the abused children and families received the best overall support and services. Through my experience at Educational Testing Service (ETS), I collaborate with partners and the professional testing managers, to serve as a liaison between students and our staff by taking diligent notes and excellent time management so that tasks are completed in a timely manner that gives the client the ultimate satisfaction. On a daily basis, at ETS I communicate through different departmental programs on the computer so that all transitional needs are taken care of and work is never left undone. As a Senior Resolution specialist, I experience selecting, training, and supervising children, my peers, which provides me with ongoing personal and professional development through one-on-one meetings and targeted training topics. Each year and every position I have ever held, I learned about and utilized new technologies to communicate with clients to help better organize departmental processes and resolve all problems with solutions that satisfied the consumer. Whether it was my position as an intern at the Anchor House shelter, being able to support and provide skills to those children/families in need, moving on to my current position at Educational Testing Services I am still able to provide services to students and clients to help resolve and provide resources to these clients.
