I’m a very supportive leader who values other people’s skills and look for ways to help them grow. Sometimes, people have skills that they don’t know they possess, and I give them a lot of room to prove themselves.When people on my team make mistakes, I help them figure out what happened and give them the opportunity to tell me how they are going to fix it. I help them identify priorities and focus on creative solutions. If they get stuck, I talk through the problem with them, listen to their ideas, and coach them to find successful answers. If they show me that they are great at being efficient problem solvers, I give them more room to work independently. I work closely with my team, because training is very important with regard to a healthy company culture and employee retention.
