Currently, I am an SAP Process Manager, providing expertise in both functional and process related aspects, across multiple SAP ERPs and tools, including E1P, BPP, Alliance and Software Licensing Tools. I am the primary tier 3, support contact for US and Canada, executing technical and functional analytics and supporting key projects, as a Subject Matter Expert. In years prior, I served in similar roles as IT Solution Architect and SAP Senior Systems Analyst, for both Hardware and Software Supply Chain groups. I am passionate about helping our customers in troubleshooting and identifying solutions. I have strong skills in forming and growing relationships across multiple partners, both inside and outside the company to achieve the best results for our customers. I excel at communication, both oral and verbal, leading many initiatives with large forums. While SAP has been the biggest part of my career, I am quick to learn new tools and adapt as needed.
