About Chantelle Mitchell

Chantelle Mitchell was born in Charleston, SC. She is a motivational speaker, youth advocate, mentor, author, certified life & family coach and most importantly a mother. Despite of what she was shown as a child, healing helped Chantelle understand that character is what shapes a person not experiences. She is determined, loving, trustworthy, strong-willed and passionate. These are just a few characteristics that she uses to describe her personality. Understanding the power of becoming the best version of herself is what pushed Chantelle to step out of her comfort zone by not being ashamed of her story but embracing it. Growing up, Chantelle experienced emotional and physical abuse at the hands of those who were supposed to protect her. This experienced set the tone for many poor choices and decisions in her adulthood that not only impacted her but the ones who loved her the most, her children. On May 24, 2014, Chantelle nearly lost her life at the hands of an ex-partner through domestic violence by gun violence Chantelle have been able to not only share her story, but also empower individuals on many platforms such as colleges, elementary schools, women conferences, etc. Her experience with challenges and adversities to life curve balls have allow her to give others the will power to change the trajectory of their own stories.
