As a results-driven engineering leader with over 9 years of experience, I specialize in delivering complex capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and operational enhancements across regulated manufacturing environments including food and pharmaceutical sectors. I bring a strong track record of leading multi-million-dollar initiatives from concept to completion, with a deep focus on regulatory compliance, stakeholder alignment, and long-term value creation. My career has been defined by a passion for systems thinking, continuous improvement, and empowering high-performing technical teams. From managing $14M+ brownfield design-build projects to driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, R&D, operations, and finance, I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. I’ve led cross-site capital programs, built technical project delivery standards from the ground up, and coached emerging engineers to drive results under pressure and within regulatory frameworks such as CSA, CFIA, TSSA, and OBC. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at BFC Technologies, I lead diverse teams across multiple sites, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and team capability. I’m actively pursuing my P.Eng designation (expected June 2025) and committed to mentorship and community leadership through initiatives supporting women in STEM.
