About Charanraj Mohan
A researcher who is curious to take new challenges on projects. Having experienced more than 9 years in designing chips, designing PCBs, setting up the experimental test benches at the system level, and testing custom-designed chips for neuromorphic engineering and computing applications, I've been presently working on the EEHIMIC MSCA project that aims to build neural networks using bio-inspired devices for energy frugal IOT applications. Have worked on the design and testing of circuits in technology nodes- ST130nm, MAD200, and UMC180nm exclusively for the EU projects such as NeuRAM3, COgITOR, etc.
