I am a Software Engineer - at Auzmor, a company that provides employee engagement and talent acquisition solutions. I have been working on Auzmor Office, which is an innovative platform that enables organizations to connect, communicate, and collaborate with their employees. As a full stack developer, I have contributed to various features and improvements for Auzmor Hire, the company's flagship applicant tracking system (ATS). Some of my major technical achievements include designing and implementing bulk-resume parsing, optimizing API response time, and leading data migration from Neo4j to MySQL. I have also received the Most Valuable Performer award for my consistency and excellence. I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, algorithms, data structures, and database design. I have also earned multiple certifications in MongoDB, Neo4j, and Design and Analysis of Algorithms from NPTEL and MongoDB. Apart from my job, I am an active member of the Stack Overflow community, where I have gained more than 9k reputation by helping fellow developers with their queries and challenges.
