I love processing documents more than working directly with people. Not the best intro, I know (sorry!), but I think it is best to get the awkward truth out in the open. It took me a long time, and many internal arguments with myself before fully I embraced my true administrative strengths. I LOVE people and helping others, but after years trying to satisfy this need through hands-on work, I realized the best way I can fully help and support the others around me was by a more hands off approach. And then, I found the world of compliance and document processing.and guess what, I am good at it. Scratch that. I am FANTASTIC at it. I love detail, organization, and compliance. Have some documents you need reviewed, I've got you! Have a chaotic process that needs procedures put in place, sign me up! Need organization in your organization, I'm there! I am passionate about championing my team and being the behind the scenes force to be reckoned with. I enjoy supporting others and filling in with my organizational strengths, where others may lack. I am not going to be your client facing employee who is always on the phone, but I will be silently hustling in the shadows, working to advance my team the absolute best as I can.
