Her Passion for building the customer experience and keeping a strong relationship shows in her ability to build rapport and exceed expectations in first call resolution. She focuses directly on the customer while still managing and protecting the companies reputation. Her stats are always above goal and she is beyond a team player. Charisma's career started off in Brooklyn New York where she worked and started off as a cashier in a small town supermarket. Charisma gained a position with the United States Government Transportation of Security Administration in 2006. Charisma moved from the United States Government while still maintaining her security clearance and began a position with The City of New York 311 Services while working for NYC 311 Charisma maintained a position as a Property Manager for CMK Management LLC. Charisma also maintained a part time positon with Piercing Pagoda which she worked during holiday seasons since 2006 as a Key Sales Associate. Charisma came to an end with her stay in New York City and relocated to the state of Delaware in 2011. Charisma gained a position with Comcast Cable and provided Customer Support with Billing, Retention and Sales but while primarily focusing on Technical Support for company products. Charisma moved into a banking role with the fraud department for Bank of America in 2015. She relocated with that position to Atlanta, GA and remained with them through 2017. She then began driving for lyft and working many different support positions including her current role with VXI Global a third party Comcast Client. Charisma wants to continue her career path of Customer Care and wants to gain a position with growth and stability with a reputable company. Charisma brings Value and Structure wherever she goes. Her qualities definitely make her an asset to any position she is offered.
