I have a proven track record of increasing sales and improving client satisfaction, and I excel in adapting to continuously evolving environments with changing priorities. I have held a variety of roles at T-Mobile US, including Dedicated Expert for Enterprise Businesses, Retail Mobile Expert, and Retail Integration Specialist. In these roles, I have demonstrated strong skills in customer service, account onboarding, process improvement, and data analysis, as well as a passion for using technology to solve critical business problems and enhance customer experience. Currently, I am managing Enterprise accounts for several Fortune companies, and I am excited to bring my skills and experience to a dynamic and growing organization.
