My journey began as a Program Intern - Private Sector at Transparency International Sri Lanka, where I'm currently working as the Programme Assistant for the Private Sector Team.Throughout my tenure, I actively contributed to various facets of the organization's initiatives, gaining invaluable experience in reporting, technical paper writing, research, program implementation, and project assistance. My responsibilities included the production of stakeholder engagement maps, which also helped me to enhance my proficiency in networking.Currently, I am continuing my professional development in the private sector, where I serve as a Programme Assistant. My analytical skills, effective communication, and a keen interest in public speaking have been key assets in presenting impactful presentations. I am grateful to my team and Transparency International for providing me with opportunities to explore, learn, and contribute to the dynamic corporate landscape.I am excited about leveraging my skills and knowledge to make meaningful contributions in the industry.
