About Charity B.

I am a healthcare entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of A Caring Touch For Seniors and A Caring Touch Transportation, with 22+ years of frontline healthcare experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant by foundation. My career began at the age of seventeen, where I gained hands-on experience across nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, emergency rooms, pediatrics, and home care—spending much of my career serving seniors in long-term and post-acute settings. That experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of quality care, patient dignity, and the importance of reliability in healthcare services. As a former CNA, I know firsthand what clients and families need, how caregivers should be supported, and what it takes to deliver consistent, compassionate care. That knowledge led me to build A Caring Touch For Seniors, a non-franchised home care agency grounded in experience, trust, and results. To further support continuity of care, I also launched A Caring Touch Transportation, a non-emergency medical transportation company focused on providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for seniors and individuals with medical needs.I lead both organizations with a caregiver’s perspective and a CEO’s vision—focused on quality, accountability, and service excellence. At A Caring Touch, the difference truly is in our touch.
