I help people realize what their geniuses are – and then make shifts necessary to be more fulfilled with their jobs. As I’ve worked in different environments in the marketing and operations space, the commonality is humans. A company’s success is dependent on their people. The Working Genius brings a tangible framework into the company to be intentional about helping everyone thrive.
