About Charity Meyer

I am a dedicated student intern marriage and family therapist passionate about helping individuals and families navigate their unique journeys towards healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a variety of evidence-based models, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy, and other systemic models. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their stories, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build healthier relationships. I work with a diverse range of clients, including those with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I am also committed to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, polyamorous relationships, couples, families, and individuals. My experience in both academic and clinical settings has equipped me with a diverse set of skills to address a wide range of mental health issues. Currently pursuing my graduate degree, I am committed to continuous learning and professional development to provide the best possible care for my clients. I am enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the lives of those I work with and contributing to the field of marriage and family therapy.
