Currently leading global operations for an international food brand, I oversee supply chains, co-packers and logistics partners across the UK, Europe, Sri Lanka and the Philippines. My role spans everything from production planning and inventory control to international freight, packaging development and supplier management — all focused on keeping things running smoothly, efficiently and profitably. I’m commercially astute, people-focused and calm under pressure, combining hands-on operational understanding with strategic foresight. I’ve successfully transitioned fulfilment functions to third-party partners, negotiated cost-saving logistics agreements, and implemented forecasting systems that improved accuracy and output. Having started my career in hospitality and production management, I bring a deep appreciation for service, quality and people.
