At the BMW ZA IT Hub, as End-to-End Manager for Enablement I focus on making the whole system work better, not just individual parts. The work sits at the intersection of Agile leadership, change management, enablement and optimisation to drive continuous improvement and adaptability across the organisation. What I do: Agile leadership: I specialise in helping the organisation scale agile ways of working in line with our Agile Working Model, to improve value delivery, efficiency, and adaptability. My work involves implementing fit-for-purpose frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Lean and Kanban, that align with our business goals. Change management: plan and run adoption so change lasts, by applying change enablement models such as Kotter and ADKAR. Most recently I lead the AI Adoption Programme, reaching our target of 85% adoption two months early. My team and I have since been asked to drive the global AI rollout and the change efforts that support it. Enablement: design and roll out enterprise-wide structures that help the organisation work as one. I co-founded, lead and coach the Tech Circle, a cross-hub network in the CTO’s Office that unites representatives from every main department to improve how the whole ZA Hub works. It drives technical excellence, shared learning, and coordinated delivery across key focus areas, helping the nearly Hub adapt quickly to new priorities. Its success led to my team and I being tasked with guiding the implementation of similar Tech Circle structures in Germany, Romania, India, China and Portugal. I also lead the rollout of Centres of Excellence and Champion Networks to grow skills and scale good practice across the business. Measurement and decisioning: I led impact studies on AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and SAP Joule to understand effects on delivery performance and developer sentiment, informing build-versus-buy choices and realistic adoption plans. Facilitation and alignment: design and run large workshops and cross-hub sessions that bring the right people together, surface decisions, and turn complex topics into clear, executable steps. How I lead: I use servant leadership. I listen first, remove barriers and help teams succeed. I coach at several levels: the organisation, regions, cross-hub communities and senior leadership, so everyone moves in the same direction. I lead through a team and give them the space and support to design, implement and scale the work with me.
