Talented Senior Principal Oracle Supply Chain Techno-Functional Engineer with more than 14 years experience in supporting, Upgrading and implementing Oracle Supply Chain Modules and Manufacturing Modules and Leading the applications services of Oracle ACS Team in EMEA started my career as an Oracle Support engineer in Oracle System Limited (Global Customer Support) in March 2008 in inventory team and along with this period i have Build a Strong Technical and functional skills applied to perform assessments and solve complex problems because of large numbers of service request that i am resolving everyday after that i have Transferred internally on 2012 to Oracle Advanced Customer Support Team to start new journey in consulting field and During that period till now I have been involved in about six R12 upgrade projects in Egypt,Gulf area and Europe which have build for me great knowledge about R12 New Functionalities and Problems a, also get a great experience in supporting SCM Modules Daily Problems with many onsite customer's support as well as performing Health Checks and assessments.I have and Excellent Knowledge in the Business flows and integration of the Oracle Procure To Pay Flow and Oracle Order To Cash Flow and also a good understanding of Financial modules that are related and integrated with Supply Chain Modules (Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables) In brief, Am a Client oriented professional with in depth functional and technical experience in supporting,upgrading and implementing Oracle Supply chain modules in many environments inside Middle east and Europe
