About Charlee Baker

I’ve been working in the security industry since 2013 gaining well rounded experience in all areas. In 2016 I was introduced to the supervisory role over a team of up to 10 guards. From January 2019 to April 2020 I was unemployed taking time attending school starting with my associate degree in business and spending time looking for work. In 2021 I worked as a supervisor managing a team of temporary event staff watching over hotels housing Covid+ and at risk homeless. 2021 I was promoted twice within the company from Armed patrol Supervisor to field Manager over 6 sites. In 2022 I was promoted to scheduler and operations assistant for the same company. I aim for growth within companies. For over 10 years, I’ve been working with the public developing my skills in all customer service settings.When I’m not on the job, I love spending time with my 7 year-old son finding new ways to have fun and enjoy life every day. I also have started a Photo Booth rental company on weekends to fuel my photography passion.
