About Charlee Witschi

I’m a born and raised Alberta farm kid who believes the best brands do more than look good. They work hard. I turn big ideas into reality through identities that resonate, campaigns that create meaningful change, and client relationships built on trust and collaboration. I love "messy" work because messy often means new, ambitious, and worth doing. After building my experience across nearly every stage of the creative process, from production design to digital marketing, copywriting, website development, brand strategy, and high-level account management, I know how each piece connects and how to keep them moving toward the same goal. Turning messy into manageable is addictive for anyone who thrives on problem-solving. Whether it is brainstorming, building timelines, securing approvals, clarifying goals, or seeing a project through to the end, I bring the organization, communication, and perspective to get it done. My leadership style is rooted in radical candour (thank you, Kim Scott): honest conversations, clear expectations, and kindness over “niceness.” My aim is simple.
