About Charles Abogidi

I am a Master of Science graduate in Information Technology from Bournemouth University and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. In 2019, I completed a three-month industrial training internship at Jacio Environmental Limited, where I gained foundational knowledge in both practical and theoretical aspects of my field. During this internship, I had the opportunity to work with various laboratory equipment, including Gas Chromatography, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, Ultraviolet Spectroscopy, and Electrical Conductivity meters. I also received training on essential laboratory safety measures.Following my graduation, I interned at Voltson Engineering Company, where I expanded my understanding of instrumentation, focusing on four key areas: temperature, pressure, flow, and volume. For my research project, I led a team that focused on the characterization of refined vegetable oil. Our goal was to assess the effects of several parameters on human health, including iodine value, saponification value, peroxide value, and smoke point.Additionally, I obtained my MS Office certificate from Johnson Tech Computer Center in 2015.
