Our role is that of a manager and coordinator—we manage materials, trades, timelines, ensuring that everyone is playing by the same game plan. How is it we are so successful? • Building Uses: Manage a diverse range of projects, including apartment buildings, warehouses, storage facilities, retail shops, office complexes, bowling allies, country clubs, libraries, gymnasiums, government facilities, utilities, churches, assisted living facilities, manufacturing plants, hangars, and medical offices. • Project Scope: Erect structures up to sq. ft. and four stories, construct multi-store retail plazas, grad and pave multipole acre parking lots, and manage contracts of more than $15 million. • Government Projects: Have completed multiple projects for the Border Patrol, US Army, US Air Force, VA State Police, and various municipalities. • Project Management: Maintain full autonomy and oversight of procurement, estimating, scheduling, cost and inventory control, regulatory compliance, change orders, and project closeout. • Relationship Building: Promote teamwork and cooperation among subcontractors and tradesmen, collaborate with architects, engineers, and inspectors, and ensure ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders. • Negotiations: Secure, process, schedule, and administer multimillion-dollar contracts. • Project Details: Manage all interior features, including water, sewers, as well as such exterior elements as, roads, and parking lots.
