About Charles Ballard

With 29 years of distinguished military experience across the Air Force and Army, I've dedicated myself to continuous growth and fostering the development of others, leveraging robust interpersonal skills. My expertise encompasses leadership, customer service, management, and project management, all grounded in a strong commitment to Creating Value and strategic excellence. Over 18 years as a Team Lead/Organization Supervisor, I've championed contribution-driven leadership, cultivated high-performing teams, and delivered excellence in program and project management. Committed to my personal core values, I've generated value for employees, customers, and society through initiatives like the "Angel Tree Program," benefiting underprivileged children. Additionally, during a 12-year tenure in military intelligence, with a Top Secret SCI clearance, our team consistently surpassed expectations, delivering intelligence products across multiple international settings. As a USAF First Sergeant overseeing human resource functions for over five years, I've prioritized leadership, advocacy, personnel welfare, mentoring, collaboration, resource allocation, and organizational success, ensuring operational excellence at all times.
