Background
About Charles Baron
While most of the current political, organizational and economic systems fail to meet the needs of their stakeholders, humanity seems on the verge of great crisis and opportunities. To bring forth our best possible future, we would greatly benefit from rediscovering practices that foster personal/spiritual development as well as collective intelligence. For example, contemplative practices may help us to reconnect with our natural capacity for compassion, caring and wisdom, while collective development practices can help us transform the system we create through our interactions. Based in Quebec City, I foster the development and empowerment of leaders, management teams and boards of directors. In that vein, I design, teach and facilitate graduate and executive programs at FSA ULaval, social innovation initiatives and projects fostering organizational cultures that are more healthy and empowering.
