About Charles Barron

I am a training professional with an expertise in development and delivery of technical training. I have worked in leadership and training positions in the maintenance field for 15+ years ranging from testing and repairing technical electronic military equipment, public facilities management, quality control, and asset tracking. Currently, I am a training professional developing customer and employee training in an Instructor Led Training environment. Previous experience includes leading teams on and off the oilfield with Schlumberger, meeting regional and organizational goals, maintaining a wide range of technical equipment, extensive leadership training and execution in the Marine Corps, Quality Assurance Inspector, and repairing electrical systems. Colleagues know me as an ambitious and dedicated professional with a strong desire to support organizational goals and the professional development of those around me. I have a willingness to learn and instruct when needed. I spend time understanding the business and the objectives before suggesting ideas. I can work well alone but I am passionate about collaborating with others and supporting the organizational goals in a team environment. I have my Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin.
