As a Cyber Threat Analyst at DefendEdge, I support the threat intelligence team by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on emerging cyber threats. I work closely with senior analysts to investigate vulnerabilities and potential incidents, using OSINT tools and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights. My work focuses on proactively mitigating risks and strengthening our security posture, and I'm dedicated to continuously expanding my expertise in cybersecurity and threat hunting. I have a strong background in homeland security and IT security, having served as a Senior Personnel & Operations Manager at the United States Air Force for over a year. There, I led a team of 227 Military and Department of the Air Force (DAF) Police Officers, overseeing security operations and safety protocols for two Army Major Commands (MAJCOMs) and the Department of Defense's only Medical Training Technical School at the largest joint base. I also managed all IT security and law enforcement operations, organizational training, and readiness, ensuring alignment with critical contingency plans and high-stakes global taskings missions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security from Trident University International and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus. I am currently pursuing CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
