Since 2016, he has worked with the nonprofit organization Branches Inc, providing leadership through teaching, tutoring, and mentorship within the South Miami community in an after-school setting.Over the years, he has held multiple roles at Branches, steadily advancing from Volunteer Coordinator to his current leadership position as Associate Manager of Grow and Climb. His responsibilities have included lesson planning, coordinating volunteers, coaching youth sports, directing and writing short plays, and leading music programs. He has extensive experience working with students from kindergarten through high school, helping them build academic confidence, life skills, and a passion for personal growth.In his managerial role, he now oversees program operations, mentors AmeriCorps members and staff, develops strategic curricula, and leads initiatives to improve student outcomes.
