Roles and responsibilities: • Engage with customers and prospects to understand their PLM needs, lead product and solution aspects of the sales process and in partnership with the sales, obtain orders for new software and services • Interview customers to gather business and technical requirements, determine business needs, select appropriate suites of technology and develop proposals for customer PLM process improvement • Prepare and deliver demonstrations of PLM software products and solutions to customers in support of the selling efforts utilizing knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, industry best practices and competitive differentiation • Provide guidance to and mentor customers, sales reps, services and other presales personnel on capabilities and business value of PLM products and solutions. • Provide professional services after the sale, including solutions architecture, implementation, installation support, customer training and mentoring (when required)
