I am an experienced EHS professional who has worked in roles supporting several Fortune 100 companies. While with FedEx, I advanced from running a site with 100 employees to being over a Business Unit consisting of 17 sites and employees within 4 years with the company.I am currently seeking a permanent role that will present new opportunities to use my existing skills, and to learn new skills to develop and benefit the team and drive a positive and proactive Safety-First culture. I have attained my Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Associate Safety Professional designations from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). I am also an authorized OSHA 500 General Industry Trainer. I have my Master's of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management, and my Associate of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.I am experienced with safety and environmental regulations and standards. This includes OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT, IATA, and IMDG. I have created and implemented all required programs including Emergency Action Plans, HAZCOM, and others for several start up facilities. I have developed and provided training sessions for new hires as well as existing employees at all levels.I have been responsible for developing and implementing hearing conservation and respirator programs, as well as the handling and shipping protocols of hazardous waste and wastewater. I also have CPR/AED/First Aid and MHE Train the Trainer certifications.I am open to relocation, or roles involving extensive travel. I have a valid passport to accommodate any travel requirements.
