I have an active Secret Security Clearance and over 20+ years of proven experience in cross functional leadership, personnel management and coordination/synchronization requiring complex problem solving skills. I possess a Masters Degree in Education from Penn State University and a graduate certificate in Distance Education from the same. I have accomplished measurable results while leading over 800 team members in a dynamic, fast-paced, multinational environment. I have excelled in every army leadership position from Team Leader to Command Sergeant Major. Serving as both a Squad Leader and First Sergeant during combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. This gives me a comprehensive background in Training, Mentoring, Teaching, and Educational Program Management derived from conducting domestic and global operations. My formal education provided extensive knowledge in Adult Learning Strategies, Direct and Organizational Leadership, Physical Security, Operational Training, Education, and Curriculum Development. I am passionate about helping people and organizations solve complex problems that involve both culture (leadership) and systems/processes (operations).
